Grandparents who babysit could reduce risk of Alzheimers

I don’t like to disclose personal information at my blogs or in books.

However, I do want to share that my parents have been hard-working babysitters for several years.

They’ve watched my two nieces (who are six months apart) full-time during the day while their parents are at work.

I validate that it is hard-work for them.

I am very happy that they do this work because I’ve always had a gut-feeling that it was doing a lot of good for my parents.

I was very pleased when I read this article that grandparents who babysit may reduce their chances of Alzheimers.
