The Atlanta V.A. Medical Center has patients swimming with the sharks.

My personal disclaimer: I'm not trained to carry out something like that, so I wouldn't try this with patients.

My recommendation: I'd strongly suggest any RTs to make certain you have additional training and qualifications before starting a program like this.
