This is just a friendly reminder that there are two
full-time positions for recreational therapists at Temple University.
The first is a half clinical/half research position. Half of
the duties involve delivering recreational therapy services to individuals with
schizophrenia spectrum disorders. The therapist will deliver community-based
services aimed at increasing independent participation in community-based
recreation. The other half of the position is working on ongoing research
projects with the Temple University Collaborative on Community Inclusion of
Individuals with Psychiatric Disabilities. The TU Collaborative is a NIDRR
funded research center that aims to broaden the understanding of community
integration and to improve opportunities for individuals with psychiatric
disabilities to participate more fully in community life. Job announcement:
