Patient satisfaction

Are your patients satisfied?

Alberto Hazan, M.D. had written an article titled, “Patient satisfaction must start with nursing satisfaction,” that was featured at KevinMD.

I thought that was interesting.

I thought Rec Therapists might want to read that article too.

I’m sure there is a strong correlation with satisfied patients who have satisfied, happy rec therapy practitioners as well.
