Sniffing rosemary - increase memory

Do you or any RTs you know provide aroma therapy?
There are a lot of mindfulness based trainings (DBT focused) that use aromas to help bring mindfulness.
There are also health benefits for some aromas.
I personally use lavender at night to help me relax.
