Leisure/ being active and living to 120s.

Jeanne Louise Calment (France) is currently known for having the longest lifespan with 122-years.

According to Wikipedia, her husband's wealth allowed her not to work, "instead she led a leisured lifestyle, pursuing hobbies such as tennis, cycling, swimming, rollerskating, piano, and opera."

It sounds like the leisure lifestyle could help a person to live a long life.

However, wealth and a leisure lifestyle is not the only way. There is a person, Carmelo Flores who could be 123 years-old alive today, but records are not certain of his actual birth. This person grew up in a poor area, Bolivia and he worked as a farmer. Work (or simply being active) could be the secret. Read about him here:
