20 ways to sleep better

We, Rec. Therapists work with people with a mix of needs.

Rec. Therapist work in settings like inpatient rehab, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient psych facilities.

Patients/ clients in these settings may have sleep problems.

I highly recommend RTs to take the training in heart-rate coherence because many people who learn these techniques have reported that fall asleep using the skills.
