I think you'll like that many of these are things that Recreational Therapists use as treatment interventions, like:
- doing something creative every day (self-expression).
- take time to be in nature (and enjoy it). (mindfulness).
- bond with another person who is heartwarming (social support).
- Take time to relax (self-soothing/ stress mgt. skills)
