I had posted about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in Sept. 2011.
This is an evidenced-based practice. It was first used in the treating people with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
I’m currently taking a course on treatment for emotional disorders with Amanda Mock Adams, Psy.D.
