Who is in your professional network?
Having a strong network of professionals can help you learn a lot and stay on top of issues.
Facebook is often looked at as “social entertainment,” but it can also be used to get professional messages out to a wide range of people.
My good friend Debbie Hommel, CTRS provides education opportunities for activity directors and recreational therapists. She posted an article on her facebook, which I must have overlooked.
Today, another good friend, Kim Grandal, CTRS “shared” the link. My facebook caught that two of my friends had shared the same link and it let me know.
