How to Be Happier With Positive Psychology.

Have you read Dr. David Austin’s new book, “Lessons Learned: An open letter to recreational therapy practitioners and students?” It was released in late Aug. 2010.
Dr. Austin talks about the growing role of positive psychology in recreational therapy.

I am going to share a video on positive psychology by a good friend of mine. Her name is Dr. Jeanine. She’s a life coach for people.

Dr. Jeanine talks about several books on positive psychology in a new youtube video including:

Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. (one of my all-time favorite books)

Authentic Happiness: Using the New Positive Psychology to Realize Your Potential for Lasting Fulfillment by Martin Seligman.

She also introduced the title of a book that I didn’t know about:

The Beethoven Factor: The New Positive Psychology of Hardiness, Happiness, Healing, and Hope byPaul Pearsall
(I've put the Beethoven Factor on my amazon wish list).
I'll read it this year.

Here is Dr. Jeanine's Video. Watch it and Enjoy it:
