This year there are two Healing Through Creativity (HTC) Festivals. The festivals are free to attend and there are no fees charged other than your own expenses. HTC is organized by survivors for survivors. HTC provides an opportunity for allsurvivors of any trauma to share every creative media, and has a positive focus. Works are not judged and you can enter anonomyously. See the guidelines at www.healingthroughcreativity.org
HTC is accepting artistic works of all types for the upcoming Festivals at the Town of Bramwell, WV (Sept. 17-19) and at Grandin Gardens in Roanoke, Virginia (Oct. 1-3). Once again, please review the guidelines on the web site at www.healingthroughcreativity.org. If you wish to display, please ship works to PO Box 896, Bluefield, VA 24605 or make arrangements to deliver to the Festival Site. To make it easier to display at both venues, HTC will transport items from the Bramwell Festival to the Roanoke Festival. Works can be shipped to the POB or delivered to Bramwell and picked up either in Bramwell or in Roanoke. Be sure to include return shipping with works you send. HTC will return your works using the same shipping containers in which they arrive. Please e-mail geaux2000@hotmail.com with questions.
